In this sense, the energy-saving potential of holding furnace is greater. After more than 20 years of efforts, the energy saving of LDB series pool holding furnace of our company is more prominent. Take the holding furnace crl-600-12 for 900t press as an example, with capacity of 600kg, design power of 12KW and practical power of 8kw. In the test of Taizhou Suzhong nonferrous alloy factory, the 24-hour power consumption is less than 200 kwh. It is determined that the 24-hour power consumption of a holding furnace with the same capacity of a company is 480 kwh, saving 58.3%. Later, the company decisively updated the remaining more than ten holding furnaces, saving more than 10000 yuan of electricity every five days. It significantly reduces the product cost and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.
